Insurance Claim Assistance

The first step is filing the claim with your insurance company. That claim generates the whole process. Hail damage is considered a comprehensive claim and won’t raise your rates. Once the claim is called in, we can confirm your deductible and whether you have rental coverage so we can then get your vehicle scheduled to come into the shop. 

Once your vehicle is at our shop, we will wipe it down and put it in our light tunnel, allowing us to see the full extent of the damage and circle each dent, categorize dents by size (dime, nickel, and quarter). We utilize a universal matrix sheet that all insurance companies use. So your vehicle writes its own estimate & Our prices aren't any higher or lower than the competition. We send the estimate and supporting images directly to your insurance company for approval. Once your insurance company approves the assessment, we may begin repairs.
